ANSWER Quotex is not a regulated or licensed broker for traders even though it states offers that look good to be true.Quotex claims to be owned and operated by Maxbit LLC, a company registered in St. Vincent and Grenadines. We indeed find a match result to Maxbit LLC in St. Vincent and Grenadines Financial Services Authority (SVG FSA). But SVG FSA is not a financial regulator that issues licenses for forex trading or regulates entities engaging in forex.More important, the Italy Commissione Nazionale per le Società e la Borsa (CONSOB) issued a warning against Maxbit LLC for providing investment, financial services without required authorizations. You can check the full warning from here.The truth is, Quotex is not overseen by any regulators. That means your personal data or your funds in this broker are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. We would recommend traders stay away from unregulated brokers like Quotex and trade with licensed brokers.

All the positive reviews here are actually paid reviews . Quotex pay 3 dollar for each review .. quotex is playing a techinical scam ... Beware and never ever invest in quotex.. and those videos you see on youtube about qiutex win stretegy is actually not an stretegy but they use special terninals. Which always win ... Dont get scammed guys...
