  • 2022-04-26 BrokersView has reviewed that Tokens Note is an Unregulated Forex Broker

    Tokens Note claims it is owned and operated by Amanda Group LLC, a company registered in St. Vincent and the Grenadines Financial Services Authority (SVG FSA) under the registration number: 1473 LLC 2021. We do find a match result to Amanda Group LLC in SVG FSA. But please be informed that SVG FSA does not regulate forex activities. Having registration does not mean having regulations. This broker is merely a registered broker that operates under no regulation.

    However, the Spanish National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) issued a warning that this firm has not been authorized to provide forex investments and services. So Tokens Note is not regulated by any regulators. That means investors' money in this broker is unsafe and cannot be protected by any law. Therefore, it is a scam.
