    RLC serves as a forex broker, it is required to obtain the license from the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC). But there is no name matched with "RLC" in the SFC Register.

    In essence, despite the change in its registration information, RLC remains unsupervised by any governing body. Entrusting this broker with investors' funds is highly risky, as there are no legal protections in place to safeguard the funds. 

    RLC is unequivocally a scam.
