We searched CH and found the company. However, CH is not a forex regulator. It does not regulate forex brokers or issue forex licenses. Having registration or not, therefore, does not mean being authorized to provide financial services.

    As per United Kingdom law, almost all firms and individuals offering, promoting, or selling financial services or products in the UK shall be authorized by the United Kingdom Financial Conduct Authority (UK FCA). However, we only found a warning against this scam in UK FCA. According to FCA, Elite Finance Investment was providing financial services or products in the UK without authorisation.

    The truth is that Elite Finance Investment is not regulated by any regulators. Letting this broker hold or control investors' money is unsafe, and the money can not be protected by any laws. Therefore, it is a scam.

ANSWER Elite Finance Investment is not a licensed or regulated broker even though it states offers that look good to be true.Elite Finance Investment claims to be operated by ELITE FINANCE & INVESTMENT LTD, a company registered with Companies House of United Kingdom (CH), registration number 04914785. We searched CH and found the company. However, CH is the United Kingdom's registrar of companies which has no legit rights to regulate any forex activities. Having registration does not mean having any regulation.As per United Kingdom law, almost all firms and individuals offering, promoting, or selling financial services or products in the UK shall be authorized by the United Kingdom Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). However, we only found a warning against this scam issued by FCA. According to FCA, Elite Finance Investment was providing financial services or products in the UK without authorization. That means your personal data or your funds in this broker are unsafe and cannot be protected by any law.
